Service SolutionsWe offer a menu of service support options to meet the unique requirements of each customer.

Choosing the right support package enables you to reduce downtime and increase the reliability and life cycle of your hardware. Programs include both preventative and re-active service offerings that cover your document management equipment from end to end.

 

Full Service Maintenance Agreement

A fixed cost comprehensive hardware support package that includes all parts, labour,  disciplined preventative maintenance component and an up-time guarantee. Invoiced annually this package will provide up to 5 years of continuous support.


Cost per Copy (Print) Service Agreement

A variable cost service package for our MFP (copier) and Printer products based on the volume of copies / prints made.  Can be configured to include consumables such as toner, developer and drums.  These agreements can be configured to cover a clients entire fleet of printers, copiers and MFP‘s or a single device.


Time Block Support

Purchase a Block of Service Time at a Discounted Rate.


Parts & Labour

Equipment not covered by one of the above maintenance agreements can be serviced on pay-as-go parts & labour basis.
